Refund Policy

At HomeRx, our goal is to provide high-quality medical care directly to our patients' homes. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule appointments. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, considering the nature of our services.

Appointment Cancellation and Refund

  • More than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are entitled to a full refund of any pre-paid fees.

  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the appointment cost.

  • On Arrival Cancellation: If our healthcare professional arrives for a scheduled appointment and it is canceled on the spot or it cannot be completed due to reasons within the patient's control, we may retain the full appointment fee.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule an appointment instead of canceling it, subject to availability, without any additional cost if done more than 24 hours in advance.

Service Satisfaction

  • Issue Resolution: If you are not satisfied with the medical service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, offer a re-visit at no additional cost or provide a partial or full refund.

  • Quality Assurance: Refunds due to service dissatisfaction are subject to a review process, as we strive to uphold the highest standards of medical care.

Non-refundable Services

  • Medication and Supplies: Any medications, treatments, or supplies provided during the visit are non-refundable once administered or used.

  • Completed Services: Services that have been fully rendered as agreed upon at the time of booking are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

  • Request Submission: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your appointment details and reason for the request.

  • Approval and Timing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

  • Adjustments: Refunds may be adjusted for any outstanding balances or fees owed to HomeRx.

Exceptions

  • Extenuating Circumstances: HomeRx may consider refunds under extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

  • Legal Compliance: Refund requests that are in conflict with legal and regulatory obligations will not be honored.
